Early Help Offer at Church Aston Infant School

Early Help for us at Church Aston is reacting to our families and their individual needs ensuring our families can get the help that they need at the earliest possibility.  A strength of our school is caring for our families and making time for them to share any concerns they have or ask for any help they may need. Our staff are always ready to listen, and early help may start from the simplest conversation with any of our staff members. The relationship between school and our parents is built on trust and getting to know each family.  If we can’t help directly, we can often signpost families to the correct agency that may be able to provide them with support or guidance.  If families have more complex needs we can work with them, and other relevant agencies, to develop an Early Help Plan.

We aim to help before a small problem becomes a big problem and difficult for families to deal with.

We aim to work with families to look for solutions, whether that is utilising the skills and facilities within school, including our Cluster Family Support Worker, or helping families to access the right support from a wider range of external agencies.
