Children used oil pastels to draw snowdrops.
Silver Birch Trees
We used watercolours and tape to create some wonderful silver birch trees.
We created some beautiful sparkly snowflakes.
We created a lovely wintery background and layered our painted trees on top to complete our wonderful winter trees pictures.
Making Snow People
We painted pots, rolled snowballs and decorated then with winter woollies to make our lovely little snow people.
We used ink to blow the branches of a tree then dabbed them with a splash of autumn colour leaves.
We used acorn cups and rolled felt to create beautiful felt acorns.
Wax Resist Magic Leaves
We used wax to draw leaves and then used inks to paint over to magically see the leaves appear.
We enjoyed making our own bookmarks to use in our reading books.
Salt Dough Natural Art Impressions
The children used salt dough and a variety of natural objects to create natural art impressions.
The children used the primary colours and experimented in mixing a variety of different colours to paint Elmo.
Painting and Oil Pastels
During our first week back in Art Club children were given the opportunity to paint or draw what they wanted to using watercolours, poster paints and oil pastels to make their picture. We had a small group of children working on a special project to paint the world that you may see up around school on our display.
It was lovely to see so many children taking part in the club and hope they all enjoyed themselves?
